Our practice enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care to those seeking PEACE in their life. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals and families. Are you ready for relief?
Our Treatment Focus
Our focus is to support BIPOC women ages 18 and older heal, grow their emotional intelligence , and become aware of their inner strengths to secure internal PEACE. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a goal plan. Our treatment modality is grounded in CBT, Person Centered, and Solution Focused and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.

Our goal is to help you get from point "A" to " B" and eventually "Z" . Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Our practice is broken down in stages of change to guide you to greatness.
